My background in photojournalism along with over 10 years in wedding photography has given me a unique perspective and the ability to creatively and beautifully capture moments that are worth remembering. My style is light, bright, boldly colorful, emotive and full of life. I create timeless photos you will cherish for a lifetime. I love to capture the most authentic you and guide you so that your images feel easy and natural.

THE PROCESS

The Wedding Process

Step one

We say hello!! After you fill out the contact form and I verify that I am available, you will be able to schedule a video consultation with me that works best for you so that we can meet face-to-face and chat about all things wedding! I want to learn about how you two lovebirds met, hear about your favorite things and get excited about your wedding! I will walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. Once you book, you will receive my Client Welcome Guide, full of awesome tips and resources to help you plan your wedding day!

Step two

Engagement session!! I love these sessions because they help us get to know each other even better and celebrate your season of engagement with beautiful images before the big day. You’ll get comfortable in front of the camera and relax as I direct you into the natural, fun-filled moments. Plus these pictures are great to use for displaying at your reception or a wedding guest book!

Step three

Details, details, details! I know planning a wedding has many moving parts and I am here for you all along your journey! We will touch base at multiple points during our time together so you always know what to expect. I want your day to run as smoothly and stress-free as possible so that you can relax and be fully present to enjoy your family, friends and each other! Two months from your wedding date, we will finalize your wedding day timeline, go over a wedding detail checklist, and build your family formal portrait lists.

Step four

On your wedding day, we are not JUST your photographers. We play an active role in making sure everything goes smoothly. We are there to grab you water, make sure your veil is falling in exactly the right place, tell Grandma where to sit and make sure everyone is having a blast. We will be your calm, your support and your comfort through the day providing lots of reminders to stop and take everything in

Step five

Up to 1 week after your wedding, keep your eyes peeled for your sneak peek on social media. 6-8 weeks after your wedding, you will have your wedding day gallery of beautiful images that you will enjoy for a lifetime!
